My Candy Rub on Country Style Ribs
My rubs contain brown sugar and will caramelize on the meat to give you what all BBQ'ers chase after crunchy goodness called bark. I have been working on Rubs for years and am pretty confident that you will enjoy the flavor profiles that I have created with my rubs.
Pulled Pork With My Candy Rub
Rinse off meat and then coat with oil or yellow mustard. This will help build a very tasty crust. After coating the entire piece of meat sprinkle Dry rub on covering all of it. You can actually rub it in if you wish. Allow dry rub to sit on the meat at room temperature for an hour or longer to infuse the meat with flavor. Cook the meat any way you choose, but if you want the most flavor out of it cook it low and slow.
